Terms & Conditions Statement / Policies

DOMESTIC ORDER(S) PAYMENT TERMS
All domestic orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars, payable to American Innovations, Inc. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. Your payment options include Cashier's Check, Money Order, Credit Card or Cash. We do not recommended sending cash through the mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER(S) PAYMENT TERMS
All International Orders must be prepaid in US dollars. International payment options include; Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer, or a Certified Bank check drawn from a US bank in US dollars. Sorry, no Credit Cards accepted on International orders. Minimum Order of $100.

SALES TAX
Any order shipped within the state of New Jersey is subject to sales tax (6.00%) unless purchased for resale or as a tax-exempt transaction. CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS must have on file a valid New Jersey State resale or tax-exempt certificate to qualify for an exemption.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Credit Cards are not accepted for payment on all merchandise. All Credit Card orders must ship to cardholder's billing address & require a signature upon delivery. All billing information will be verified with cardholder's issuing bank. Credit card transactions will appear on your credit card statement as a transaction from CJ ELECTRONICS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please Fax, Call or E-mail your order to obtain your total cost including shipping, handling, and insurance. You will be provided a reference number, and payment instructions within 48 Hours after receipt of order. Fax orders will NOT be processed without a return fax and voice telephone number. NO EXCEPTIONS!

CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS reserves the right to refuse to sell any item without cause should it determine the selling price will conflict with a minimum advertised price agreement in place with one of their suppliers. A reserve price is usually set on items that can't be sold below a certain price, however accidentally forgetting to set a reserve price doesn't obligate CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS to sell an item at a loss or in conflict with an existing agreement. All auction winners are required to submit to CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS a completed payment form which is needed to process their purchase.
CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS does not except payment through 3rd parties.

ORDER/DELIVERY PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 48 Hours. In stock items generally ship within 48 hours after an order has been processed. In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified within 48 Hours to a scheduled ship date. Domestic shipments are generally delivered in 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. International shipments are generally delivered in 7 to 14 business days after receipt of payment. Please feel free to call or e-mail to check the availability of any item prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING
All shipments are made F.O.B. shipping point, Williamstown, N.J. USA. We ship with UPS, Fed-Ex, and United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipments made to destinations within the USA are generally shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex. CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS is not responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped. All items are insured for the full value of purchase, however the buyer is responsible to make any claims with whichever carrier lost of damaged their merchandise. Our base shipping & handling rate is $9.95 for most orders under $100.00. For orders over $100 freight and insurance charges will be calculated accordingly.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
All items ordered online will be processed within 48 hours after receipt. Orders cancelled after they are processed will be subject to a 10% service charge. A 25% restocking fee will be imposed on any order cancelled after it has been processed and shipped. Custom designed merchandise, and special ordered items are not subject to cancellation. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products some items may be used once and no longer needed, therefore all sales are final. Under no circumstances will any returns be allowed on custom built or special ordered items. No merchandise will be accepted for return without first obtaining a return authorization number (RA #). All merchandise accepted for return must be in its original packaging and accompanied by an original sales receipt. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS. It is the buyer's responsibility to return any defective merchandise to be repaired or replaced. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for the full value of purchase. CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Repaired or replaced merchandise will generally be returned via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping methods are available, however, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the extra shipping charges. The buyer must first obtain a (RA#) from CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS prior to returning any merchandise.

Miscellaneous
By placing an order, the buyer states that he/she/they is/are of age and is/are purchasing item(s) that are in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. Buyer also states that he/she/they is/are using the items in a lawful manner. CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS assumes no liability associated with product usage. The Buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or misuse of these products. Certain items may be substituted at the discretion of CJ ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS. Please specify in the comments section if you don't want any substitutions.
